  1. Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
Customized or personalized items may require additional processing time, and customers will be notified accordingly.

  1. Shipping Methods:
    We offer Door to door delivery. Fully tracked shipment. Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items and the destination. import duties, taxes, approval fees and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing an order.
  2.  Shipping Zones:

We ship worldwide over 100 countries. You can track  your shipments easily within your orders page. You can contact us if your country/territory not include at checkout. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.Shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

  1. Order Tracking:
    Customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
    Tracking information allows customers to monitor the status of their shipment in real-time.
  2.  Shipping Delays:
    While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier delays may impact delivery times. In such cases, we will communicate any delays to customers and provide updates on the estimated delivery date.
  3.  International Shipping:
    International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
    Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.
  4.  Shipping Address:
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
    We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  5. Returns :

Additionally, we gladly welcome the return of unused and undamaged items in exchange for a full order refund less the cost of original delivery (14 days after delivery only).  If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is refused, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
